Shipping Policy

We want you to experience a safe, secure and completely satisfied buying and receiving experience. shipments are made from our fulfillment center located in Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, NY, and Texas. Battery World ships to US addresses only. Orders placed online to be picked up at a store will be subject to availability status of products at the selected location or nearby locations. In the event of timing the store may contact you by phone number or email provided. Since the pandemic, shipping times have changed, we cannot guarantee exact shipment but only best effort through USPS, UPS, LTL third-party freight, and shipping companies. USPS has a 20-day shipment limit on most in-state services. Please see: for further details about your product before purchasing to guarantee a happy shipping experience. 

Estimated Shipping Time

  • All times listed are Central time. We ship in Business days which are Monday–Friday, for weekday National Holidays your order will ship next business day. During turbulent economic time and supply chain issues, shipments may, while unlikely, take longer to ship out. 
  • Orders placed before 1 PM, Monday thru Friday:Your order should ship that same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM, Monday thru Friday:Your order may ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM, Friday thru Sunday:Your order will ship the following Monday.

Based on your location and zip code, USPS Ground delivery service is commonly one to five business days from the date we ship your order. Please verify USPS delivery service to your location – USPS does NOT guarantee delivery within stated service times to remote locations NOR exact location. Our shipments are estimated best effort and shipment time is not guaranteed by any carrier or Battery World. 


The preferred small parcel carrier is USPS. Service availability, time in transit, shipment tracking, and delivery guarantee policy for all USPS services are available at the USPS website, reserves the right to substitute alternative carriers based on shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions. You will be contacted by our Customer Care center when this change in carrier occurs. may make multiple shipments to fulfill an order. Shipping charges will be calculated based upon a single shipment from one location. Additional shipping fees will not apply.

Shipping Services ships all orders USPS ground service unless specified. We offer the following Services:

To calculate delivery time to your location, please visit for specific guarantee details and service availability. No weekend delivery service is available.

Currently, we do not ship to:

  • Military (APO/FPO) addresses
  • Canada, Puerto Rico or Mexico

We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time, or cancel a shipment based on inventory or location of shipping.

Shipping Rates Freight Rates offers competitive shipping based upon prevailing USPS, Third Party, or UPS rates. Rates on items that are freight may be subject to multi freight and carriers. does not control freight of large or heavy items once it leaves the central distribution center, shipment times may be subject to change based on carrier (i.e. weather, holidays, demand, misc.).  Denial of freight may result in a 20% restocking fee and forfeiture of your shipping charge. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

For any LTL shipments we do not guarantee shipment to all residential addresses. In some extenuating circumstances due to the driver not being able to reach the address the customer may have to travel to their nearest shipping terminal to pick up their order. In this case, Battery World will not be refunding any shipping costs. By purchasing any items that require LTL shipping, the customer agrees to these terms 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Signature may be required at the time of delivery by USPS for higher value orders. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us or the terminal.
